Sea View Hotel is a boutique retreat on Nungwi Road, twelve quiet rooms set around an outdoor pool, with a sun deck, a garden, and a bar that runs from late morning into the night.

Every room has a private balcony, a king or twin bed, and a walk-in wardrobe. The white-sand beach is a nine-minute walk through the village. We are sister to the Double A Nungwi Beach Hotel, and proudly part of the Double A collection.

The house turns on a simple rhythm, pool, garden, bar, repeat.

A village, not a resort strip.

Nungwi sits at the northernmost tip of Zanzibar, a fishing village that became a destination without losing itself in the process. The boats still go out at dawn. The market still runs in the afternoon. The beach is still genuinely a beach.

Sea View is built into the village, not behind a wall outside it.
